Cinema

A show inspired by the big film productions of recent times, that produced Kinema. Un concerto in grado di offrire al pubblico un avvincente viaggio nel cuore della musica strumentale normalmente composta per le grandi orchestre ma sapientemente arrangiata da Roberto Jonata e Michele Sguotti per un organico di stampo più cameristico.

Backed by a musical education of the highest level, the members of the ensemble Kinema also have valuable forays into the world of pop music, in the composition and a considerable concert experience. Robert Jonata the piano, Gilda Shouts violin, Michele Sguotti the viola, Francesco Favi cello, in fact have to their credit a busy concert and awards in national and international music competitions, and important collaborations with the likes of Gianna Nannini, Giorgio Gaber, Antonella Ruggiero, Hevia, Gio Di Tonno, Jethro Tull, Marco Mengoni and Laura Pausini.

On this occasion, the group therefore draws heavily from an impressive musical tradition that counts among its titles comments sound used for famous films as The Gladiator, Mission Impossible, The Last Samurai, The Piano Lessons, experiencing the charm of a music that illustrates and authors like Hans Zimmer, John Williams, James Horner, Michael Nyman, Wim Mertens, and other, have been able to make indelible in the history of contemporary music.
